We are seeking a detail-oriented Survey Sample Operations Coordinator to support our external sample business. This role will focus on executing sample projects, managing day-to-day client requests, and handling tactical quoting processes while working closely with our global team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotes for sample projects using established pricing guidelines
  • Track project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Assist with the execution of sample projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Coordinate with vendors to fulfill sample requirements
  • Monitor project timelines, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to programming, data quality, and quota fulfillment
  • Maintain project documentation and tracking systems
  • Support the creation of project timelines and schedules
  • Monitor sample quality and field progress
  • Assist with basic vendor communications
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sample operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with internal and external teams in multiple time zones
  • Experience with data entry and tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in market research or sample operations, preferably in a supplier-side organization
  • Familiarity with sample management platforms
  • Background in customer service or client support
  • Experience working with international teams
Additional details:
  • This is on a flexible hybrid role on the overnight (EST) shift. The hours are intended to follow 9am-6pm Eastern Time, and the office is located at One Ayala, Ayala Avenue, Makati City
