Job Description:Salary: P35,000 to P48,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)What are we looking for?Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years work experience in end to end processing and administration of loan with Australian Mortgage Broking.
Experience in using MyCRM, Infinity, AFG Flex, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM.
Experience in using Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello etc).

Nice to Have:

Experience in HubSpot
Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering

What will you do?

Handle, analyze and prepare client loan applications.
Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find.
Review client documents and fact-find sessions and manage data entry and credit report requests.
Initiate new loan applications after lead generation or Online Fact Find.
Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature.
Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen).
Facilitate application validation and final checks in Apply Online.
