We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and a profitable, well-maintained environment for property owners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of residential, commercial, or industrial properties.- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties.- Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, taxes, and incurred operating expenses.- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs or maintenance.- Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas.- Negotiate contracts for janitorial, security, landscaping, trash removal, and other services.- Monitor performance of contractors and investigate and resolve complaints from residents and tenants when services are not properly provided.- Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability.- Conduct pro-active marketing and promotion measures.
