This is not just a managerial role but it's a leadership role where you will set direction, uphold compliance, and step in where needed to ensure our people and culture thrive. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding, to employee relations, training, and succession planning. At the same time, we need someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Lead effective onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage employee expectations and ensure adherence to company policies. Administer compensation, benefits, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain HR documentation including contracts, position descriptions, and policies. Stay updated on Philippine labor laws and ensure company compliance. Deliver training and advisory sessions on HR policies and culture. Organize programs and activities to boost engagement and retention. Manage and oversee internal and external recruitment efforts. Design and implement succession planning strategies to support long-term growth. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, ideally in a medium-sized or growing organization. Strong understanding of Philippine labor law and compliance standards. Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on execution. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
