Job Description:Salary: P50,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)What are we looking for?Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in a SaaS support environment, with experience in application technical support roles
Experience with Apply Online and any other lender specific systems (Mercury Nexus, Loan App, Simpology, Infynity, etc.)
Experience working with our in-house CRM - MyCRM
Experience in an Managed Software Provider style environment
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

What will you do?

Engage with customers via a variety of channels; respond promptly with solutions that meet agreed-upon timeframes
Ensure a smooth user experience on MyCRM by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. This may involve collaborating across departments to find the best solutions
Create written technical documentation in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Resolve critical bugs or outages on the platform; prioritizing rapid resolution and focus on minimizing downtime
Set ticket priorities that balance business goals and customer satisfaction
Establish a clear communication channel to provide users with regular updates on active issues. Effectively convey the urgency of user concerns to internal teams to drive faster resolution
