You will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of software products and platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality. - Document findings and solutions to improve future troubleshooting efforts. - Provide training and support to team members and end-users as needed.
