- Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers.
- Preparing journal entries and posting financial data.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Managing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Utilizing accounting software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ERP)
- Assist in preparing expense reports and ensuring proper documentation.
- Help in verifying and processing employee reimbursements.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements like balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with any accounting and administrative projects assigned by the department heads.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Basic knowledge in Book keeping and spreadsheet programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
