- Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Schedule and reschedule meetings with investors, clients, and team members

- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and key stakeholders
- Draft professional correspondence and investor communications
- Manage Slack channels and ensure timely response to critical messages

- Prepare detailed meeting agendas and briefing materials
- Send pre-meeting reminders with action items and expectations
- Follow up post-meeting with accountability summaries and next steps

- Create and maintain standard operating procedures

- 3+ years of experience supporting executives in financial services, asset management, or a similar high-stakes environment
