- Oversee and manage the entire operations process, including procurement, supply chain, warehouse, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely restocking of products to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth coordination between departments and alignment of operational goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, optimizing the logistics and distribution network to meet customer expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries from suppliers.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and issues to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all operational activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and logistics costs, to present to senior management.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
