Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant degree Experience within a fast-paced marketing environment Experience with sales of outsourced services or BPO Attributes At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role Basic knowledge of CMS management and content marketing Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Able to give and receive constructive criticism Understanding of marketing, production, and website design Strong English written and verbal communication Responsibilities Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms Develop engaging and high-quality content for digital channels Email marketing Utilise web analytics tools Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics Collaborate with the team to meet marketing objectives Execute a comprehensive search engine optimisation (SEO) Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms Utilise advanced targeting capabilities and audience segmentation techniques Implement content distribution strategies to amplify reach and engagement Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform's audience preferences, Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing About Brainbox Brainbox is different to every other BPO.
