- Perform detailed review of expense reports and assess compliance based on company T&E policies.
- Ensure expense reports are audited in a timely manner according to SLA.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues and concerns related to travel and expense reports.
- Ensure all raise tickets via ServiceNow is assigned and addressed in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with various internal and external groups for matters related to travels and expense for any updates on policies and other considerations.
- Conduct T&E training to first time employee travelers.
- Preparation of Accounts Payable accrual entries and other payable related adjustments.
- Preparation of account reconciliations and investigation of outstanding reconciling items.
- Prepare flux movements for Legal Entity Review and Cycle Reviews.
- Review and validate Accounts Payable transactions to ensure proper Business unit.
- Assist in providing audit requirements.
- May interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance to SOX Procedure in daily activities.
- Comply at all times to the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations.
- Performs other duties may be assigned.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related courses.
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience in accounting/finance and related to Accounts Payable or GL activities. Experience with expense audit is a plus.
- Prior work experience in a shared service is preferred.
- Experience in Oracle ERP system is a plus.
- Exposure to SOX environment is desired.
- Possess a high level of integrity & accountability.
- Ability to work independently with good analytical skill and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel is a must.
- Good written and communication skills in English and ability to work in a diverse culture.
- This is an FTE position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Binan Laguna.
- Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines.
- Applicants must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays).
- Applicants must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region.
- Willingness to travel and occasionally work off hours during certain audits (due to time zone differences).
- Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed).
