This highly technical and client-facing role is ideal for professionals with proven experience in cloud security, particularly in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). The role involves managing, supporting, and optimizing Zscaler deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing cloud access solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesManage, support, and maintain Zscaler platforms (ZIA/ZPA) across enterprise environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve Zscaler-related issues including access control, policy enforcement, and system performanceMonitor system health and maintain performance dashboards for client environmentsCollaborate with security, systems, and network engineering teams to align policy and architectureEnsure compliance with client-specific security standards and assist with audit preparation and reportingParticipate in client onboarding, technical support calls, and ongoing troubleshooting discussionsMaintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing resourcesJob RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems or cloud security engineeringDirect hands-on experience with Zscaler platforms, including ZIA and/or ZPAStrong understanding of cloud security architecture, DNS filtering, SSL inspection, and SSO integrationFamiliarity with SIEM tools, identity and access management (e.g., Okta, Azure AD), and proxy/firewall configurationsExcellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environmentPreferred but not required: Zscaler certifications such as ZCCP-IA or ZCCP-PA
