You will make a direct impact by: Maintaining accurate, updated, and user-friendly client financial dashboards and assisting with access issues. Creating new financial reports and dashboards with clear and effective visualizations based on client needs. Ensuring all data in reports is correct and consistent, promptly fixing any errors. Collaborating with Account Managers to understand and meet client reporting expectations. Regularly updating and improving existing dashboards for enhanced usefulness and user-friendliness. Documenting report creation processes, including data sources and methodologies. Providing ad-hoc reports or data analysis as requested by the Department Manager. Suggesting and implementing improvements to reporting tasks and overall efficiency. This Role Is for You If Experience: You have 2+ years in financial reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence. You have experience working with financial data or in the finance industry. Technical Skills: You&aposre proficient in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.). You have strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Non-Negotiables: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. You have the ability to create automated reports and dashboards using advanced reporting techniques. You have a strong ability to analyze data, spot trends, and provide meaningful insights clearly and concisely. You have high attention to detail and accuracy in report generation, data analysis, and troubleshooting. You can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are familiar with financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics. Bonus Points: You are familiar with SQL or other data query languages (like Python or R) for reporting purposes.
