If you need any assistance or accommodations due to a medical condition, or if you need assistance accessing our website or completing the application process, please let us know by emailing us at [HIDDEN TEXT] The main responsibilities of an AP Specialist include: Managing day to day operations of AP for the assigned accounts and support purchasing Responsible for accurate and timely processing of all AP transactions Daily review of invoices processed by AP processors and recording of invoice in Oracle AP module, as required Daily monitoring and review of transactions accurately to the right GL and cost centers accounts and matching to Purchase Orders in the Oracle Assisting with problem solving and escalation of issues Reviewing and ensuring invoices are coded to proper G/L accounts and cost centers Supporting with external and internal audits Limiting backlog of unentered AP bills Supporting training and development of shared service staff and help in setting operational goals Be a point of contact for cross-functional team purchasers and assist with troubleshooting any escalations and/or exceptions Ensuring compliance with company's purchasing policy and PO process, including conducting 3- way match process Managing employee and vendor inquiries in a timely manner Assisting in 1099 filing at the end of the year Working with internal/external auditors on an ongoing basis to ensure continuation and up to date compliance requirements and sox testing are met on a global scale. Performing other related accounts payable duties as required Assisting with Intercompany Reconciliation Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness (Cost Center, GL coding, MPA, and invoice and payment currency) Assisting with weekly payment run. Coordinating with the Procurement team to ensure the vendor's banking information is up to date. Assisting with month-end closing (ensure all paid invoices are approved, invoices required revalidation are reviewed, and all rejected payments are voided in Oracle). Assisting with testing Jira tickets as needed. To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: 8+ years working on accounts payable Experience with Oracle, a must Strong problem solving and analytical skills - multi-tasking daily without losing sight of the longer-term objectives A basic understanding of GAAP and/or Financial Statement presentation Detail oriented and highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills Microsoft office skills (emphasis on advance Excel skills and Power Point) BS/BA Degree or equivalent, preferably with a strong analytical background The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements: Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC) 2x2 & Half body picture with white background Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
