The Impact You Will Have In This Role Being a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, the Senior External Workforce Services Manager prioritizes and expedites flow of work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the group in meeting operational objectives. The role liaisons across DTCC Leadership, Business Units and the Procurement Directors. What You&aposll Do Supports group with the implementation of sourcing and procurement strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives Drive value added activities by implementing innovative approaches that both support and align with the organization's priorities and goals Be responsible for the implementation of leading practices and technology to drive continuous improvement targets Ensure entire procurement department works according to established policies and procedures Lead all aspects of department's managers and guide them in handling their respective business units Coordinate procurement special initiatives / projects (APEX Functional Design) Develop and handle spend roadmap and execution planning Oversight of CPS/MSP delivery capabilities Accountable to annual business plans and overall budgets for procurement department, incorporating input from key stakeholders Monitor the departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Accountable for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) processes and tracking SRM data Maintain a high standard of discipline within the department and ensure all managers perform to expectation Mitigates risk by following established procedures and supervising controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
