- Be the technical point of contact for NetSuite and provide support for NetSuite users
- Design and implement solutions in NetSuite modules according to business and stakeholder requirements from various departments
- Architect, design, build and deliver NetSuite solutions for optimizing the usability and functionality of the system including customization and configuration (via Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Cloud)
- Maintain user roles/access and assign appropriate permissions/levels of access
- Build / maintain forms
- perform other duties as needed by the role
- Have a minimum of 3+ years experience with NetSuite administration/development, and NetSuite Admin certification
- Have the ability to understand high-level business/operational requirements and write solutions that are appropriate for them
- Have the ability to facilitate help desk issues such as lockouts and troubleshooting
- To be able to handle high end-tasks like data scrubbing, pulling reports, etc.
- Have experience with ERP system modules including financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, foreign currency, EFT, multi-subsidiary accounting, inventory, order fulfillment, etc.)
- Have extensive experience with NetSuite customization, building advanced workflows, saved searches and reports
- Have an excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
- Have the ability to quickly adapt to new requirements, changing situations and learn new technologies
- Have the ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
- have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
- be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
- be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
- be willing to work in the US Pacific time zone or client time zone.
