This is a full-time hybrid role for a Provider Relations Supervisor based in Mandaluyong. The Provider Relations Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily activities of the Provider Relations team, developing relationships with healthcare providers, resolving provider issues, and ensuring compliance with company's policies and procedures. Work from home is acceptable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong leadership and management skills;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers;
Knowledge of HMO regulations and policies;
Past experience in the same position;
Knowledge of healthcare practices and medical terminology
