Qualifications Support technical issues of Platforms and application of customersResponsible for providing level 1 support The analyst will provide customer service to users to improve processes and strive toward timely resolution of system issues problems incidents requests and queries The analyst will ensure proper documentation notification escalation tracking and follow up of all incidentsRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvide firstline support by assessing troubleshooting and resolving issues that do not require system configuration changes to ensure minimal disruptionProvide system support through assisting with password resets account creation system navigation and troubleshooting of commonly identified issuesDocument issues solutions and resolutions in the clients ticketing systemAssist users with navigating software including providing guidance on system functionality workflows and troubleshooting stepsCollaborate with IT team members including specialists Infrastructure specialists and other departments to provide a seamless support experienceContribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles to enhance problem resolution efficiencyIdentify issue and problem trends and escalate appropriatelyProvide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and issues in a professional and timely mannerEnsure user satisfaction through effective problem resolutionProactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance the performance and reliability of systems Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Show more Show less
