Order Management: Answering high-volume emails regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product inquiries.
Real-Time Support: Managing our Shopify Chat to assist customers while they shop, helping to convert browsers into buyers.
Social Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram with speed and personality.
Problem Solving: Resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure a 5-star experience every time.

What We’re Looking For

Platform Proficiency: Previous experience using Shopify is a major plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt your tone (from formal email to casual social media).
Tech Savvy: Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
