Overview: Support HR systems with a focus on Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits. You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the HR application landscape, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction through strong application support and domain knowledge. Responsibilities: -Provide evergreen support for HR software solutions, especially Workday Payroll and Compensation. -Manage incidents and changes using ITSM principles and ServiceNow. -Coordinate testing and deployment activities across multiple support teams. -Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand workflows, integrations, and resolve issues. -Participate in the full software development lifecycle, focusing on support, configuration, and optimization. Qualifications: -Experience supporting vendor/SaaS HR applications (Workday preferred), including modules like Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Integration. -Strong grasp of ITSM Incident and Change Management. -Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Incident and Task Management. -Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and support application interfaces and data loads. -Preferred: Exposure to HR workflows, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and security administration.
