- Perform data entry, maintain accurate patient records, and assist in managing medical documentation. Maintain a high level of organization in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Schedule patient appointments, handle appointment reminders, and manage appointment calendars
- Facilitate prescription refills and coordinate with pharmacies as needed.
- Verify healthcare insurance coverage and eligibility for patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and coverage.
- Effectively communicate with patients to address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Verify and update patient data as needed.
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and addressing patient needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all aspects of the job.

- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Language proficiency, experience in call center for US clients is preferred
- Able to support a Work from Home setup
- Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
- Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
- Can work graveyard shifts.
- Being tech savvy is a plus.
