Job Category: Finance & AccountingDegree Level: BachelorsJob Description:onsemi is currently seeking a Financial Analyst or Accountant to join Cebu organization. In this role, the Accountant will help support accounting and finance functions including financial analysis, planning & forecasting, cost modelling and is flexible to do also statutory and other government reporting for compliance and perform other functions that may be requested of as deemed necessary.Responsibilities:

Support monthly close process and reporting.
Support Costing Analysis, P&L forecasting and variance analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Collaborate with all operations partners to drive efficiencies and cost reduction roadmap.
Support other requests that may be deemed necessary

Qualifications:

BS in Accounting / Finance required; CPA or MBA, preferred.
0 to 2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
Team player and can collaborate with other functional teams
Experience in Oracle (Cloud), preferred.
Strong communication skills, articulate, and able to explain clearly.
Advanced experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
