- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates with CV + short intro
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
- Track your submissions via Google Sheets or our ATS
- Report weekly progress and communicate openly with our team
- Focus on budget-fit candidates and long-term hires
- $35–$50 bonus per hire
- Optional $10 bonus after 4 weeks on the job
- 8%–12% of the candidate’s first-month salary (e.g., $500/month = $50–$60 commission)
- $10 extra bonus if candidate accepts salary at or below budget
- No ongoing or recurring commission
- No upfront payments
- Full payment only after candidate completes 30 days
