Job DescriptionJob Description - IT Solution Architect As the IT Solution Architect, you are responsible for designing the end-to-end architecturefor Advanced Planning System (APS) integration across enterprise systems (e.g., ERP,WMS). You will define the technology stack, integration approaches (APIs, middleware,EDI), and data flows to ensure scalability, performance, and coherence of IT landscapes.This role serves as the technical decision-maker, ensuring solution designs align withbusiness requirements, security protocols, and IT standards while supporting operationalexcellence and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities • Design the end-to-end architecture for APS integration across enterprise systems (e.g.,ERP, WMS, TMS).

Define the technology stack, integration approaches (APIs, middleware, EDI), and data

flows for scalability and coherence.

Act as the technical decision-maker, ensuring alignment with business requirements,

security, and IT standards.

Provide architectural guidance and governance for IT projects involving APS and

enterprise system integration.

Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and business teams to ensure solutions meet

operational and strategic objectives.

Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and vendors to optimize

integration and system performance.

Ensure solution designs are audit-ready, compliant with regulations, and support long-

term scalability.

Serve as an escalation point for complex integration and architectural challenges.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield.Professional certifications in enterprise architecture or solution design (e.g., TOGAF,ArchiMate, SAP certifications) are an advantage.Work Experience • 3-5 years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise integration, or solution designroles.

Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration principles, especially

within supply chain and logistics ecosystems.

Hands-on experience with APS platforms and integrating them with ERPs (e.g., SAP),

WMS, and third-party solutions.

Experience leading technical design decisions, balancing technical feasibility with

business and operational impact.

Track record of managing large-scale IT integration projects across cross-functional

teams.Technical Skills • Expertise in APS platforms and integration with ERP, WMS, TMS, and third-partysolutions.

Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, EDI, and data

orchestration tools.

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

Experience with security, compliance, and scalability considerations in enterprise

integration.

Ability to design resilient, scalable, and cost-effective IT solutions.

Soft Skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, bridging technical andbusiness perspectives.

Strong solution design and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to influence technical decisions while considering operational and strategic

trade-offs.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution.
