- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners and key people, acting as their main point of contact.
- Understand the financial needs and goals of clients, and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
- Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients whilst using our products.
- Useful: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Essential: Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferably with existing network and connections within the business community.
