Talent Acquisition Specialist shall be responsible for the entire life cycle of hiring of assigned positions from sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates to fill the positions timely. Duties and responsibilities Collaborates with the Hiring Managers for Job specifications and directions. Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications. Source candidates through different channels such as Social Media, Employee Referral Program, Online Job Search Engine. Experiments on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring. Monitors the daily flow of applicants and new hires. Updates the database of applicants which includes the application' progress. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on a consistent processes. Actively work to reduce the timeframe from candidate identification to on-boarding. Maintains and tracks requirements of newly on-boarded employees. Perform other HR-related functions.
