- Monitors food preparation, presentation and timing in accordance with standard recipes.
- Monitors Senior Chefs orders.
- Controls the food dispense area during meal periods.
- Assists in food preparation as needed or as required.
- Analyses customer feedback on food quality and serving timings.
- Coordinates with Restaurant Supervisor regarding customer questionnaire analysis.
- Meets customers whenever possible.
- Practices maximum flexibility and creativity when dealing with special customers.
- Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
