- 5-month contract (April-August 2026).
- Accounts Receivable: Record and allocate incoming payments, reconcile settlement reports, and resolve discrepancies with the E‑commerce Team.
- Collections: Prepare AR aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and escalate unresolved receivables.
- Intercompany Transactions: Issue invoices, maintain documentation, and reconcile balances with JV partners.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily/monthly reconciliations of sales, payments, refunds, and chargebacks; support month‑end and year‑end closing with AR schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and compliance procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others
