Description: Pag-asa Steel seeks Logistics Staff (Dispatch Coordinator) who will be responsible for coordination and documentation to ensure accurate and timely deliveries for our customers. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinating with the Logistics team and the Sales team, as well as with the customer's purchasing and jobsite personnel to ensure proper receipt and unloading of deliveries Monitoring the progress of deliveries from plant to destination Taking initiative to promptly report delivery issues and concerns Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor Maintaining and regular updating of the data files Prioritizing, scheduling, and routing deliveries to customers Preparing truck assignments and allocating optional loads to each truck to achieve the lowest cost per trip Preparing and generating pick lists based on confirmed sales orders Preparing and finalizing delivery schedules based on confirmed purchase orders Generating and reviewing delivery receipts to ensure accuracy Ensuring all required documents are attached to the delivery receipt upon turnover to trucking personnel Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Trucking, and customer personnel as needed regarding matters affecting delivery Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience At least one (1) to three (3) years experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Service an advantage, but fresh graduates may also apply Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently Project management, risk management, and time management skills Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly Superior organization skills and attention to detail Strong record management, project management and time management (prioritization) skills Strong negotiation skills Drive, motivation, and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve) Integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software mandatory, experience with ERP software a plus Requirements: Skills: Clerical, Self-Management, Critical Thinking, Computer/Technical Literacy, Interpersonal Abilities, Fast Learner
