Duties and Responsibilities: Accounting record keeping and data entry of accounting systems making use of an accounting computer software. Assisting the accounting manager with maintaining books of account and subsidiary ledgers. Reconciliation of expenses, accounts payables and receivables. Responsible to call on client to follow up on payment and sales opportunities. Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisor. Monthly sales tracking. Provide financial information monthly and quarterly to management by analyzing accounting data, and sales reports. Reconciliation of expenses, accounts payables and receivables. Qualifications: Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor / College Degree in accounting , BS Accountancy. Requirements: Minimum 3 years accounting and office administration experience Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of Excel and Outlook applications. Exposure to Quickbooks an asset. Sharp attention to details and solid math skills. Strong organizational, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills. Flexible, excellent communicator , energetic Required Filipino and English Energetic, willing to learn, good work ethics Applicant must be willing to work Monday to Saturday in Balut, Manila Skills: Analytical, Clerical, Creative, Critical Thinking, Decision-Making, Computer/Technical Literacy, Adaptability/Flexibility
