We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to support the operational and administrative aspects of our global benefits programs. This role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of benefits processes, delivering high-quality employee support, and maintaining data accuracy across systems and reports. This role will be responsible in the company’s medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insruance, flexible spending accounts and health saving accounts mostly. This role does not involve benefits plan design or renewals.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits plans, enrollment, eligibility, plan details, and related topics.
- Administer benefit-related processes such as:
- Processing and verifying qualifying life events (QLEs)
- Managing dependent verifications
- Coordinating Evidence of Insurability (EOI) with employees and insurance carriers
- Collaborate with carriers and vendors on eligibility, changes, and documentation needs.
- Generate monthly reports and analytics to support Finance (e.g., benefits invoice consolidation, cost allocation) and to meet carrier reporting requirements.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and audit employee benefits records regularly.
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure benefit processes align and run smoothly.
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree to any related course.
- 2–4 years of experience in a benefits administration, HR operations, or related analytical role.
- Experience with Workday, especially the Benefits module.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with U.S. benefits and related regulations (e.g., QLEs, EOI, dependent eligibility).
- Prior experience working in a global, fast-paced company.
