Roving Store Operations Officer

• Assist branch Store Operation Officers on all store transactions.
• Acts as relief Store Operation Officer for all JANC branches whenever needed.
• Entertains customers, provides for their needs and ensures their satisfaction.
• Using the EPICOR system, prepares records of transactions (SI and OR) and accounts for the accuracy and reliability of the same.
• Accepts payments and accounts for the accuracy of Daily Cashiers Report (DCR).
• Confirms the delivery of stocks and ensures its timely availability.
• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of store and its premises.
• Conducts daily physical inventory and accounts for the reliability of inventory records.
• Prepares and submits reports as may be required.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
