We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth, optimizing the customer journey, and managing overall e-commerce operations.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms such as website and marketplaces
Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates
Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales analytics
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role
Strong understanding of online platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
