We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Chowking store operations as a Restaurant Manager . Branch: Chowking P. Tuazon Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall store operations to achieve sales, profit, and quality targets. Drive sales growth through effective execution of promotions and local store initiatives. Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Condition (FSC) standards at all times. Oversee cost management, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses. Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement action plans for continuous improvement. Ensure proper cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures. Lead, coach, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Crew Leaders, and store staff. Handle customer concerns and escalations, ensuring timely service recovery. Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and business permit requirements. Prepare and submit operational and business performance reports as required. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, or a related field. At least 23 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in QSR, food service, or retail operations. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, financial controls, and customer service standards. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
