Schedule: GSTTasks required:Manage and update financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, bank entries, closing journals)Reconcile Shopify and Amazon information over to QuickbooksPerform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matchingMaintain and update inventory tracking using Google SheetsComplete account reconciliations and financial reportingSupport day-to-day accounting tasks and ad hoc duties as neededOther accounting/audit related tasks as assignedRequirements:Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping roleExperience with Shopify and Amazon seller operations is required.Hands-on experience using QuickBooks OnlineProficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent communication skills in EnglishNon-Negotiables:No work required during holidays
