  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Acknowledge in Sprout Payroll is an advantage
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collect and review timesheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings.
  • Input payroll data into the payroll system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and other types of compensation.
  • Prepare and file payroll tax returns, including Form 2316 and monthly Compensation withholding returns.
  • Handle inquiries and audits related to payroll taxes.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions.
  • Coordinate with HR for enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits.
  • Calculate and deduct employee contributions for benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, including employee timekeeping and attendance.
  • Generate payroll reports for management, accounting, and regulatory purposes.
  • Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
  • Maintain and update payroll software and systems.
  • Generate year-end payroll reports for tax reporting purposes.
