Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager located in Taguig City . The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients: Account Management: Overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and growth. Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Need Assessment and Solution Implementation: Identifying client needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring they are implemented effectively. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on results. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating terms and conditions, managing contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring clients are satisfied with the products or services they receive, addressing their concerns, and resolving any disputes. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
