Work From Home (Remote Setup)We are urgently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in stone and marble fit-out works for large-scale hotel and casino projects.Immediate joiners only.
Do not apply if currently employed.Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong hands-on experience in stone and marble fit-out works (hotel & casino projects is a must)
- Overseas project experience is required
- Proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel
- Strong background in quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, variation claims, and cost control
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Must have a high-performance computer (with high RAM capacity) suitable for handling large drawings and estimating software
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be available to join immediately
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for stone and marble works
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare and evaluate variations and claims
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
- Coordinate remotely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors
