Your Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support via ticketing systems and remote tools Communicate effectively with clients regarding incident status and resolutions Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft applications, Windows OS, hardware, and network connectivity Assist with VPN and remote access support Monitor system alerts and respond accordingly Route service requests and escalate as needed Maintain proper documentation and complete timesheets accurately What Youu0026rsquoll Bring In: Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role for more than 2 years.
