Your Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support via ticketing systems and remote tools Communicate effectively with clients regarding incident status and resolutions Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft applications, Windows OS, hardware, and network connectivity Assist with VPN and remote access support Monitor system alerts and respond accordingly Route service requests and escalate as needed Maintain proper documentation and complete timesheets accurately What Youu0026rsquoll Bring In: Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role for more than 2 years. Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, user account creation, group management) Knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls) Hands-on with PC setup, repairs, and migrations Experience with ticketing systems Great verbal and written communication skills Amenable to work the night shift Willing to work onsite (BGC, Alabang, or Eastwood - Quezon City) Apply now and unlock your potential in a company that values your ambitions and rewards your achievements.
