- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing proactive support and consistently exceeding client expectations
- Confirm, gather, understand, and document customer requirements in collaboration with their 3rd party vendors
- Collaborate with customers, Dayforce contacts and 3rd party vendors to conduct thorough testing to deliver a complete and high-quality solution
- Understand and adhere to Dayforce internal business processes to champion customer success
- Demonstrate expertise/knowledge of the Exports Integration platform and how various modules interact with and affect each other
- Fix and/or enhance Exports integrations through applied programming knowledge
- Understand, troubleshoot, and modify XML and XSLT code
- Understand, troubleshoot, and modify B2B Sterling code
- Contribute to code snippet repository
- Reproducing and meticulously documenting software defects and programming bugs, making recommendations for product enhancements where appropriate
- Use negotiation and conflict resolution skills to drive cases or rework projects to successful resolution
- Assist with a wide variety of operational projects, including:
- Monitoring and maintaining the smooth execution of exports
- Programming and scripting tasks
- Enhancing the customer support experience
- Create, document, and/or optimize team processes
- Create and upgrade programming best practices
- Mentor and coach team members to increase technical and functional proficiency and aid in enhancing training materials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields
- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming (C#, .NET)
- Advanced knowledge and proven experience in XML and XSLT or B2B Sterling
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational database systems
- Superior communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and a willingness to be on-call if required
- Previous client support, consulting and/or project management experience
- French language proficiency is an advantage
