QA Supervisor

• Support PM for daily operation and management of the assigned area for all OSP maintenance scope of work including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Immediate Repair (IR), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Disaster Recover (DR).
• Cluster resources Management. Lead the Teams Cluster to achieve the customers target within SLA and KPI timeline.
• Responsible for the performance monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on his assigned Cluster.
• Responsible for the quality and safety assurance.
• Responsible for the coordination to Customer Cluster head & Supervisor.
• Tools management area Responsibility.
• Act as Area Supervisor with Regards to Materials Usage and Materials overall Inventories in his assigned Cluster
• Support ROW Team with Regards to LGU /DPWH/ and Others Government Agencies Cable, Pole, Manhole Concern (Relocation, Hindrances, and Obstruction).
• Updates Customer & NOC in Timely Manner as per agreed SLA with Regard to Restoration activities and others assigned task.
• Lead Subcon Teams to adopt new Technology and Process to have more Efficient on field work activities.
