- Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies aligned with C&W’s goals and objections.
- Source new suppliers, evaluate capabilities, identify suitable solutions, and work with TDS and Corporate Category Managers to award contracts.
- Analyze procurement data, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service.
- Continuously enhance processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve company objections. Perform other miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other business documents including adherence to company policy, compliance, and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Experience in contract negotiation and management, including English language.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
