- Generate and analyze reports in a weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor the production level of each branch in terms of agency sales to ensure targets are met monthly
- Monitor performance of each agent in a nationwide view
- Discuss/Present the result of report to the sales team nationwide through branch visitation
- Monitoring and improvement of agency sales dashboard in coordination with the strategy and support team
- Prepares Goal Setting Report at the start of the year and check-in reports monthly to be provided to the branches sales team
- Ensures that the data results are translated in to process improvements to
- Implementation of minor process improvements on sales
- Initiate cross functional meeting with other departments involved in the process improvement and make sure that target dates of implementation are met
- Reports project progress to Agency Sales Manager
- Act as a link between the branch sales team and underwriting, claims, operations and other department for large accounts.
- Monitor agency PBR nationwide
- May do quotation and pipeline from time to time in the absence of sales associates in the branches
- Coordinates agency sales events with other departments
- Provide sales quotations for di-rect/walk-in client in the corporate office
- Facilitates end to end process of policy issuance up to delivery of the policy
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Major in finance or business administration is preferable.
- 1-2 years of business experience in an operations support or sales role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization
