Project ManagerAbout EY GDS Transformation DeliveryEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transformation Delivery (TD) provides project and program management excellence across global technology initiatives. Our team delivers complex, high-impact projects that drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business growth.The OpportunityAs a Project Manager within the GDS Transformation Delivery team, you'll lead end-to-end project delivery across global portfolios. You'll work with cross-functional teams-spanning business, technology, and operations-to ensure successful planning, execution, and governance of initiatives that enable EY's strategic vision.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technology projects ensuring timely, quality, and within-scope delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, goals, and milestones aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across global teams (NA, EMEIA, APAC), ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and governance structures across PMO, business, and technical teams.
  • Drive execution and continuous improvement using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, with proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, engineers, and UX teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure projects adhere to EY's technology, architecture, and security standards.
  • Support change management, quality assurance, and user adoption activities.
  • Track and report project performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Flexible to support global shifts (US, UK, or APAC time zones).

Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or software delivery (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Strong background in SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, or product lifecycle management.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Trello).
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project reporting, governance, and risk management in global delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps (ADO), Planview, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, MS Teams).
  • Exposure to MS Project/Project Online or other enterprise PM tools.
  • Domain experience in Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Technology industries.
