- Manage and evaluate the admin team's performance to ensure compliance and effective delivery.
- Conduct regular audit checks and report on the compliance status of managed sites.
- Oversee the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements, including background check compliance; monitor progress and assist with adjudication in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Ensure standardized practices across all sites for key compliance processes, including document requirements, HR endorsement, and onboarding.
- Identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in the onboarding process.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for issues related to onboarding and compliance.
- Represent the recruitment team, alongside Recruitment Heads, during audits.
- Liaise with vendors regarding escalated pre-employment concerns from the sites.
- Work on-site according to assigned location.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
