- Maintain call center database by entering information.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Participate in development of client training programs by:
- Identifying learning issues.
- Recommending instructional language.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete call logs.
- Customer service experience in any industry is a plus but not required.
- Previous technical background is also a plus.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Average to advanced written and spoken English.
- Average to advanced knowledge in web navigation.
- Amenable to shifting schedules including NIGHT SHIFTS.
- Day shift is also available.
