Summary:We are seeking Oracle Functional HCM professionals at various levels Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Manager to join our client, one of the Big Four professional services firms with a global presence in over 155 countries. The successful candidates will have proven hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and experience in end-to-end implementation projects, with responsibilities and scope increasing by level.Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, and HR Help Desk.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM systems.
  • Create functional design documents for conversions/interfaces/reports/extensions, perform functional testing, and support development of technical deliverables.
  • Conduct testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop user training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on HCM functionalities and processes (Assistant Manager / Manager levels).
  • Mentor and lead junior consultants (Assistant Manager / Manager levels).
  • Oversee multiple projects, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with business objectives (Manager level).
  • Drive business development and presales solutioning activities with the team (Assistant Manager / Manager levels).
Qualifications:Consultant:
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Assistant Manager:
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Successfully led at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • Experience in business development and presales solutioning.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Manager:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Successfully managed at least 5 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in people management, leadership, and client engagement.
  • Significant experience in business development and presales activities.
