Job descriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Officer located in Mandaue. The Human ResourcesOfficer will be responsible for HR Management, HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), Employee Relations,and Job Description Development.Manages various HR and administrative tasks including contracts, disciplinary actions, leave validation,and documentation for construction projects.Bachelor's degree in psychology or any relevant Human ResourcesMust possess strong interpersonal skills.Pro-active and capable of multi-taskingWilling to be trained.At least 5 years and up experience as an HR.Excellent knowledge of HR Management, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR)Familiarity with Employee Relations and conflict resolution practicesExperience in developing job descriptions and managing HR workflows.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment.Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus.Must be a self-started and must have a strong personality.
