Sales & Client Management Regularly update existing clients with new product samples via messaging platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, etc.) Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate with packing team to ensure orders are packed correctly, completely, and securely Monitor delivery progress and confirm receipt with clients Handle after-sales service, including addressing damaged or missing items and ensuring proper resolution Follow up on payments and manage collection timelines Lead Generation & New Business Development Research and identify new potential clients, especially through online platforms and social media groups Introduce our products to new prospects and handle initial outreach and relationship building Schedule product presentations and assist in converting leads into loyal customers Administrative Duties Write and issue official receipts, invoices, and delivery notes Maintain organized records of all transactions, orders, and customer interactions Send product photos, price lists, and sample updates to customers Maintain communication logs and keep customer databases up to date Inventory & Systems Management Check and monitor inventory levels regularly Assist in developing and implementing a more computerized inventory tracking system Help optimize existing manual processes and transition them to digital systems Logistics & Field Work Occasionally travel to different areas in the Philippines to: Present samples to clients Collect payments Deliver urgent orders Build and maintain client relationships Assist with packing, lifting, and preparing goods for shipment, when necessary *and other related tasks requested by the employer* Show more Show less
