- Creating engaging, SEO-friendly content for digital platforms like the company website, social media accounts, and email campaigns
- Creating engaging articles and other written materials to showcase our listings and expertise in the real estate market
- Researching industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to stay informed and generate relevant content
- Creating value-rich content and fact-checking any data collected
- Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- At least high school diploma, not currently studying
- Full-time availability with no conflicting commitments
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a content writer
- Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
- Ability to adapt writing styles that fit the company's needs
- Processor: Intel Core-i3 (8th generation onwards) or equivalent AMD Ryzen or Apple M1 chips (preferred Intel Core-i5)
- Memory: 8GB+ RAM
- Available Hard Disk Drive Space: At least 1GB
- Operating System - Windows OS: Windows 10 or later / Mac OS: Mac OS 11 or later
- Internet: Main connection (at least 50 Mbps; fiber or DSL) / Backup connection (at least 20 Mbps)
- Headset: With noise-canceling feature and a microphone
- Working camera / webcam for virtual meetings
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Canva
- Basic knowledge of SEO & keyword research
- Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus, but not required
- Permanently and fully work-from-home (9 AM to 6 PM CST schedule)
